AI Hub — one-time setup

This page reads your Drive directly from your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere else and there's no server involved. To let it do that, Google needs a Client ID that belongs to you.

  1. Go to console.cloud.google.com and create a project called AI Hub.
  2. In the search bar, find Google Drive API and click Enable.
  3. Go to APIs & Services → OAuth consent screen. Choose External, fill in the app name and your email, and add your own email as a test user.
  4. Go to Credentials → Create credentials → OAuth client ID. Type: Web application.
  5. Under Authorized JavaScript origins, add the exact address this page is loaded from:
  6. Copy the Client ID it gives you and paste it below.

Google will show a warning that the app isn't verified. That's expected — verification is for apps distributed to other people, and this one is only ever used by you. Click Advanced → Continue.
